In the early morning hours of Sunday, April 3rd, my dearest friend and companion Tiny, passed away. I cannot put into words the grief I felt at his passing. He was truly, a great cat. I would like to say that I was his “owner” but, I know that he had the upper hand of our relationship. He allowed me the privilege of living with him and caring for him. If anything, he was the one who brought happiness and joy into my life.

Nothing can prepare for the loss of a loved one. But, you can do what is right but loving them while they’re still around. That is what I did with Tiny.

I remember when he was about 6-years old and holding him while he slept in my lap. I thought of a cat’s lifespan, is it 10, 15 or 20 years? What would the quality of their life be in those advanced years? It dawned upon me, to love him and cherish him every day. That was an important lesson he taught me, to live in the moment as if it were the last. He delivered many moments and memories for many years after that day.

Tiny’s favorite past time was to be let out of the house upon my return from work. Though it was always around 1 or 2 in the morning, it didn’t matter to him. He especially loved these outside adventures in the winter, when the temps would be hovering around freezing. It just seemed to put a spark into his step.

Tiny loved to venture across the street to visit another outdoor kitty. Whether or not they hung out together, I don’t know, but I think Tiny just liked to explore outer territories. He would always make his return after 10 or 15 minutes.

If there was a smart cat, Tiny was one. The road he needed to cross could be treacherous, even late at night. So, he’d walk up close to the edge and wait for me to tell him it was safe to cross. One night, I got distracted and went into the house, totally forgetting that he was outside. I guess the freezing cold drove me inside or something like that. About a half hour later, as I slipped into my warm bed, I could not help notice that he was missing.

I was stricken with a feeling that something was out of place and then it flashed to me, I left Tiny outside! Well, I stepped back out and saw him sitting by roadside, across the street. He was waiting for me to tell him it was safe to cross! What patience he had, but I did get a little terse meow as he walked by me and into the house, almost as if saying, “don’t keep me waiting again” or maybe more true to his character, “what’s up with the forgetfulness you big dummy!”

I am glad to say that Tiny is still with me and will be with till I die. I have had him cremated and I have his ashes with me now. So, everyday I can look at the urn, and say “hello old man, glad you’r'e around.” For that, I am very grateful.

I can tell you that the power of prayer works and it has worked for me. One night last year, I was feeling really really ill. I was so sick that I could not even purr when my pet master stroked and comforted me. All I wanted to do was hide and suffer in my pain.

I know he sent an emergency request in to the Prayer for Pets group because as soon as the prayers started, I began to feel better. In a matter of hours I was up and about and feeling all the better for it. So I do suggest you join this group and even become an Emergency Prayer Team member. You will do yourself and those you pray for a very good thing! Meow!

“i am worried , , “about my furry friends who live along a place called the Gulf Coast. There was a tragedy that goes beyond the worst imaginings of my imagination. The dread and the fear that reverberates throughout the feline world is deafening.

I have the grave sense of despair, a very sad feeling in knowing that many of my kindred spirits have been taken away from this world through no fault of their own. The apparitions I see are too numerous to count, more than I have seen ever before in my lifetime.

I feel hunger, loneliness, cold, pain, hopelessness , , , too many emotions for me to bear. I am very lucky to have a kingdom that is standing. I am very lucky to have a provider who is there every day with me. I wonder and I worry for my lost and homeless friends

“Meow”Greetings Cat Lover! What happened here? I wake up and I am surround by all these purr machines! I am a lazy cat, but I am a happy one too I will update my blog because I have been taking notes.

Well, take look here at our new friends meooow! We have Timmy and his ‘Gator, Harry, Mr. Pibb and Ginger. I will make sure their paws are working and have their bios up soon, I am a taskmaster am I not?

They are very interesting and nice, but it will take some time for us feline family members to get used to them. Hmmm, actually only Timmy and Harry are officially part of our family, but I heard my pet webaster talking that Mr. Pibb and Ginger will stay with us. That’s okay by me, as long as I get my outside time:) Meow!

“Meeeow!” Hi there loving reader, I am writing again today because we are all soooo pooped out from having so much fun today.

My Grandpa Tiny and I were wrestling and chasing each other all day long and we are worn out. It all started because I love chasing my little plastic ball throughout the house. My pet webmaster says that I am a very good soccer player, whatever that is. But, I do know that I can keep that ball moving really well and I kick and chase it all over the place. Oooh it drives me crazy!

Maybe it drives my Grandpa Tiny crazy too because he started chasing me all over the place too! Hmm, I did not know which was more fun, chasing the ball or being chased. I do know that I loved it! Finally, I stopped chasing the ball and I started to wrestle with Grandpa Tiny. We wrestled and wrestled, then chased each other all over the house. Up the stairs, down the stairs, into the kitchen, the bedroom, the living room. We could not stop because it was so fun.

Hehe, I think my Grandpa Tiny is a little surprised now that I am growing up. I am not quite the pushover tiny kittykat he is used to. So, he plays very hard with me, but I love it. He is still so strong and fast, I have to work very hard to keep up with him, but I am learning a lot from him too. I am enjoying his company very much, and I know he likes me too.

Yaawwwn! I am so tired now, I can barely keep my eyes open. I am hungry too, but I think I will snooze, meow!

“Meow” Hello, I think sometimes my pet webaster does a good job of following my Commandments.

1. I am the Lord of thy House.
2. Thou shalt have no other pets before Me.
3. Thou shalt never ignore Me.
4. I shall ignore Thou when I feel like it.
5. Thou shalt be grateful that I even give Thou the time of day.
6. Remember My food dish and keep it full.
7. Thou shalt spend most Thy money on toys and gifts for Me.
8. Thou shalt alway have Thy lap ready for Me to curl up in.
9. Thou shalt shower Me with love and attention upon demand.
10. Above all, Thou shalt do anything and everything it takes to keep me happy.

Actually, I really never ignore my handsome pet. Whenever he pets me, I always roll over on my back and show him my tummy to let him know I trust him very much. We all love our pet webmaster dearly and we let him know every day.

“meow” Hi there you reading fan, welcome to our spaces. I am GrayGray, the gentle cat of our house. This day was very quiet and peaceful, filled with our normal routine of eating, sleeping and visiting the outdoors

It is beginning to feel very nice outside and I like that very much. No longer is it so cold where it would make my fur stand up.
“All Intelligent species in the universe are owned by cats”I know things are changing because my pet webmaster is brushing me everyday so I can shed my extra fur. Even though I am short hair cat, I still need to lose that undercoat that keeps me nice and toasty in the cold times.

I feel better now and I can groom myself without chewing down some of my fur. I think it helps me too, so I do not cough them up later. A nice brushing every day is good medicine for a kitty kat. “Purrrr”
